Created by acclaimed British architectural firm McLaren Excell, the space employs brick arches and plaster walls to construct a minimalist warren of Old World building conventions inside a converted 1930s bakery. The space-within-a-space presentation incites an architectural conversation between the interior and the exterior, which is a monument to Los Angeles’ early 20th Century boomtown days.
Concept
The spirit of play is integral to our vision at The Splash Lab so the opportunity for hands-on interaction was the driving force behind this space. Architects, interior designers, developers, and design community members are invited to enjoy working installations of all our ground-breaking products. Try out our award-winning Ribbon collection, learn more about the infinite customizations possible with our signature commercial basin system, The Monolith, and observe the precise engineering behind the Aerofoil – the sink with no sides.
